Excellent from start to finish! Starting with Heather over the phone, she was very knowledgeable and patient. I must have called her 10 times and asked 100 questions, all of which she answered. With us having no heat she was able to get us an install 2 days after our initial conversation. The crew showed up right at 7:00am as promised, masks on, polite and professional. Cristian was friendly and also handled all of my questions along the way. Without me even asking he took the initiative to reverse my filter housing allowing much easier access for filter changes. Him and the rest of the crew were professional and did an excellent job! Even the 80’s greatest hits work music was good!

I am so satisfied with my new whisper sweet unit. Danny and his crew showed up today at 9;30 and worked till 2:30 without a break installing our quiet new furnace, air and humidifier. They were really friendly, and very clean. Took all the old fixtures our and removed from property. Explained operation of new equipment and humidifier. I am well pleased and would recommend this company to all my friends and family and anyone else looking for a great service. They are from St. Charles but service many areas, I live in Lisle.

I purchased a new HVAC from Performance. I had two issues... but Performance was very responsive in correcting the issues... that is the sign of a real partner. I would recommend Performance to my neighbors and friends.

Four of the units in one of my buildings I own went out at the same time. I was having problems with the other company I hired, so a friend told me about Performance Heating & Air and how happy she was with them. I gave them a call and they had the units running within hours. I couldn’t be happier with the continuing great service from them.
